Frequently Asked Questions about AIPostPro Bot
Data security and privacy
The bot does not store your login credentials or passwords from social networks.
We only store:
- Access tokens (temporary keys for posting)
- Your Telegram ID for bot communication
- Subscription information
All data is encrypted and stored securely. You can revoke access to your social networks at any time through their settings.
Your privacy is our priority! We use only official APIs and never request passwords.
How to connect Instagram*?
- Switch your account to creator or business mode.
- Click the Instagram connect button in the bot.
- Log in and allow the app access.
- Wait for connection confirmation.
How to create Instagram business account:
- Open Instagram settings
- Select "Account" → "Switch to professional account"
- Choose "Creator" or "Business"
- Fill in category information

How to connect VKontakte?
- Click "Connect VK" in the bot.
- Log in to your VK account.
- Allow access to manage communities.
How to connect a Telegram group/channel?
- Add the bot to your group/channel.
- Make it an administrator.
- Copy the ID sent by the bot.
The bot must be an admin and have rights to send, pin, and delete messages.
How to connect Odnoklassniki?
- Click the Odnoklassniki connect button.
- Authorize and allow access.
- Check admin rights in your groups.
How to connect Pinterest?
- Click the Pinterest authorization button.
- Log in and allow access.
How to connect Threads*?
- Check Threads availability in your region, enable VPN if needed.
- Log in to Threads and allow access.

How to add a new social network?
In the main menu, select "Add social network" and follow the instructions for the desired platform.
How to remove a connected social network?
- Go to "Your social networks" section.
- In the list, click on the command
/sn{id}
next to the network you want to remove. - In the opened window, click "Delete" button.
- Confirm deletion in the popup.
Note: The
/sn{id}
command shows detailed information about the network and allows you to manage it.
Removing social networks
To remove a social network from your account:
- Go to "Your social networks" section
- Click on the command

next to the network - Click "Delete" button in the opened window
- Confirm the deletion
Important: This action cannot be undone. The network will be completely removed from your account.
How to publish a post?
- Send text, photo, or video to the bot.
- Select social networks for publishing.
- Choose "Send now" or "Schedule".
- Confirm sending.
How to schedule a post?
After selecting social networks, choose "Schedule", set date and time, confirm.
What file formats are supported?
Photos: JPG, PNG. Videos: MP4, MOV. Max file size — 50MB.
How do I know my post was published?
You will receive a notification in the bot after successful publishing or distribution.
How to cancel a scheduled post?
In "My distributions" section, select the one you want and click "Cancel".
How to generate post text?
Select "Content generation", specify post type and your niche/profession, wait for the result.
How to generate an image?
Send a text description of the image, wait for the result. You can request a correction.
Can I edit generated text?
Yes, after generation you can edit the text before publishing.
What's included in the subscription?
Automated publishing, multi-platform, content & image generation, hashtag selection, convenient management via Telegram.
How to check subscription status?
Use
/subscribe
command in the bot — see status, end date, and days left.How to pay for a subscription?
In "Payment" section, choose period, follow instructions, and pay conveniently.
How to renew subscription?
Pay for a new period — days will be added to your current subscription.
How to activate a promo code?
In "Promo code" section, click "Send promo code", enter the code, and wait for confirmation.
What if the promo code doesn't work?
Check the code, expiration date, and activation count. If all is correct — contact support.
Post is not sent, what to do?
Check social network connection, permissions, file format and size. If the error persists — contact support.
Bot says "User not found"
Start with /start command or re-authenticate.
Social network access error
Check that you granted all permissions and didn't revoke access. Reconnect if needed.
How does the referral program work?
Share your referral link, get bonuses for each friend who subscribes.
How to get a referral link?
Use the "Referral program" section in the bot menu.
How to change language?
In "Settings" → "Language" select your preferred language.
How to set timezone?
In "Settings" → "Timezone" select your region for correct scheduling.
